You can probably find a shop that will install customer-supplied parts but they might not give you a price break from what they would charge normally. To them, an oil change costs as much as an oil change, no matter who paid for the parts. I would not worry so much about them actually using my parts, but I would be concerned about the quality of their labor. (What is the torque spec for the drain plug? What about those greasy fingerprints on the hood and door jamb?) I don't think it's worth bothering... why not learn to change your own oil?
