Oil Change After 11,800 Miles

Have you ever read the manual? The oil is supposed to be changed at least every year or when the Maintenance Minder gets to 5%.
Wish I could go that long. Short tripping in a 3V modular.

Not trying to disagree, but someone (Pablo, I think) mentioned Honda engines are "very hard" on oil. I don't know, but it would not surprise me if the Hondas are really hard on oil. Anyone have something on this topic?
The V6 engines seem to be hard on the oil, based on the used oil analysis posted here.
The 4 bangers (4 cylinder K Series blocks in particular) seem to be rather easy on lube and can go a long time between OCIs.
