I mean I have 2 LS based cars at home, have had 2 6.0 truck, never ran an oil catch can.

Having said that every vehicle will be different. Depends on age, mileage, condition of PCV system.

150 mi seems like a bit. I'd get maybe 3x that much in 5k miles on my 2011 5.3l engine

2002, 235k miles pcv valve is the updated gm orifice type. passenger side has new GM hose on it and driver side is all new 3/8 fuel injection hose from valve to can, and can to intake.

At 235,000 how much oil are you adding being changes?
requires zero and level doesn’t move on the stick. it was run on Valvoline HM FS 5w-30 and M1-206a (i didn’t know any better at the time) from 60k to 233k changed every 4 to 5k. current fill is 5qt PUP 5w-30 with 1 qt HPL EC40 with OG wire backed titanium FS3675 in preperation to moving to PCEO 5w-40.

***sorry for all of the edits, my brain is in a million places today***
