Sure seems odd that with all the discussion in this forum on the various pros and cons of different bypass filters, there precious LITTLE info posted here clearly displaying particle counts.
Sure, regular analysis give some helpful documentation as to bypass filtration effectiveness - but it sure seems a more absolute representation would be provided by a particle count that clearly displays the actual real world particle sizes various filters are capable of removing!
In any event, I have just sent Blackstone a 5000 mile sample of Delo 400 15w40 from my '02 Dodge/Cummins, and will get the usual analysis, and also a particle count to see more accurately what the Frantz is doing...
Yeah, I know, I should also have a non-bypass sample for baseline comparison...
