2012 Nissian Altima 2.5L 169k miles
in service 6k miles

out/off: 5 quarts PUP 5w-30 with OG Fram Titanium FS7317

in/on: 5 quarts Valvoline R&P with Carquest Premium 84356

filter looks great as always. tons of little carbon specs in the pleats. excited to see what the R&P can do for it. very neglected vehicle prior to me servicing it. this will be my 3rd time servicing it.

Thank your for the can cuts. Looks like there's a good bit of junk trapped in that wide pleat on the third picture. Guess PUP did some cleaning, looked filthy after just 6k miles. Any idea on just how neglected it was before? I wonder if it's on the original cvt and if it's even been serviced. I think some jatco units have a dip stick like my daughters 16 outlander sport 2.4 so I can check the fluid level and condition easily.

as far as i know prior to my first service it was quick lube specials.

Only half OG since it doesn't have the leaf spring seal on the end cap.
