crazy to see this oil stay this clean. filter looks amazing and has gasket for bypass.

Excellent, That filter looks hardly used.
I didn't know Caterpillar used Mitsubishi engines... interesting! Cat focus on the gigantic stuff & Mitsu. does well for making small engines must work out well for this situation.

Probably propane powered forklift; hence clean oil. Or am I mistaken?
