OCI recommendation Eco Power SM

I have a few cases of Ecopower syn blend sm rated oil. I am using the 5w20 in my truck and will soon be using the 5w30 in my wife's yukon.

What OCI shoul I run. 3k? 5k? My Initial thought was 5k...
