Actually I'm surprised there's not to many out there with the gas prices. Although you do have strict inspections out there. Or maybe the tow trucks are just quick to strike.
 
For some reason that reminds me of being a kid in New York in the 70's. Sheer will power would prevent your car from breaking down in some areas - if you stopped moving long enough it would be stripped and on blocks before you got out of it. And the potholes were big enough to swallow chevettes.
