Any with a 2000 Doge Caravan like mine, and when it idles, you can hear a faint tic...tic..tic..tic...that stays steady and constant at idle? Any ideas what this could be.?

probably just the fuel injectors.

Does the ticking mean they are dirty, or just a typical Dodge Caravan, or does that sound mean they are clean?

Well, if you are concerned run Pennzoil Platinum synthetic oil in it for a couple of changes and that will clean it up a bit. For the fuel system run some techron cleaner through it. Both available at Walmart.
