Noisy transmission video

My car (sig) has 110k miles on the stock transmission. when stopped in gear it makes a whine/grinding noise. in park/neutral no noise is heard. what do you think it is? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jef09z2zC58

When's the last time the fluid was changed?

go get a bottle of lubegard, at napa or where ever u get oil, and pour the red top bottle in ur transmission, it is recommended by all the OEM transmissions mfgrs.

Yeah it's a little hard to hear in the vid [censored] laptop speakers don't cut it. Pan was dropped 5k miles ago and refilled with fresh castrol dex iv. filter was replaced to. It has been making the noise since before i got the car but it's gotten louder in recent months.

I would look into throwing in a bottle of Lubegard red.

BTW, NOT the "red top" which is the black bottle with red top, but the one where the whole bottle is red.
