I have a 2000 Dodge Caravan. When turning left or right, as I turn the wheel ever so slightly to the left or right when make a turn I hear squeal, or squeaking sound coming from the front right wheel. When I straighten back it the sound completely goes away. Are there brake components that can make contact when turning even when I'm not applying the brakes? Any ideas what it could potentially be?

I have ZERO play in the wheel, nice and smooth. would a worn bearing cause some vibration?

Ok, thanks. I'll have to get it checked out. I suspect it's brakes after what you told me. I know the roters are warped but the pads are so good enough to last me a while. so I hope that is all it is. But a bearing issue I would need to have replaced asap.

Slight slop in the bearing [could be normal play] can cause light contact with the pad on turns. This can make a noise.
Same for contact with the backing plate.

Excess play is what you have to check into.
