If that's how he wants to spend his time, that's fine with me. If it were me, I value my free time even more than my work hours. (Time and a half or double-time wages.)

Just explaining the dollar value of the time spent based on how much was save vs how much time was spent.

Maybe there is a certain intangible, having something more to complain about.

I guess I would prefer to spend a few extra minutes with the people of Walmart to save a few bucks on oil (or something generic.. I am only using oil as an example because its what we at BITOG are used to.

Would I go to Walmart on a late Sunday morning just before a snow storm?

I believe this issue is location specific. Some Costcos are extremely crowded while some are not. Also, one poster was correct-there are a lot of people that just roam around the aisles with nothing in particular to buy. They may be there cruising for samples!

Also, as far as prices-Costco sells high quality merchandise, and has prices that reflect that on most items. There are lower prices at Sams Club and Walmart, if you can be seen there depending upon your philosophy.
