2006 Cadillac dts has no power to driver side doors, have 12volts at the fuse. Checked wire for voltage from door jamb all the way to fuse box, even unhooked fuse box and tested wire right at connection still no voltage. Anyone have any ideas.

Very common for the wires to become open circuit where they cross from the body of the car to the door. The wires may look OK on the outside but the copper inside breaks from repeated flexing.

It is not that easy, before starting a job like this the first thing you need to have is an advanced scan tool that will check things like the BCM and related circuits and wiring diagrams. It could be a simple as a bad ground or a broken wire or a bad BCM. A bad BCM will require programming to the car. As it effects both doors on one side you need to find the common wiring links that affects both.
If you do not have access to these tools it is probably your best bet to seek out someone who does and has experience with this sort of thing, you may end going to the dealer.

Had a 2007 Pontiac Torrent do the same thing. The speaker went first but when I had finally narrowed it down to wiring more stuff had quit working. Pulled out the harness and found several wires broke where it goes from the body to the door. It wasn't that hard to get the harness out. There was a connector under the dash.

Had a '93 4Runner do this. Supplied ground to the door and the pw switches lit up and everything worked. I just overlayed a ground wire rather than bother trying to find the failure.
