Yack, send it back. There's got to be someone in your area still supplying Green.
You know where I saw a good deal on Peak Green was at Sam's Club. Six 1 gal jugs boxed for I want to say ~$40. Other than that about the only places that carry it around here is NAPA and Advance.
PB had the best price on antifeeze for a long time then a local fuel place had Chevron green cheaper. Lately both have been creeping up to about $10 a gallon my cost.

I'm feeling better and better about choosing Chevron Supreme LS purchased from the local grocery store. Especially after reading the link below. http://www.matweb.com/search/datasheettext.aspx?matguid=634c7121c48e4108b0a3c5e1dae2bda5
Am I missing something here? I just topped off the coolant in my car and it was Peak all-makes/models and it was green... this isn't the same stuff you're talking about?

$8.99 is too much for us to pay and be able to resell it at a profit.
We get $12 a gallon for it at the shop. If we go any higher than $12 customers start bringing in their own coolant.
My cost on green usually hovers arounf $6-$7 a gallon.

I have to buy a huge amount to get a price break.
