This is what I use to reduce my blind spot. I had these in all my street/track cars when I was younger. One look and I can see who is around me.
No more blind spot.

I have one like that back in 1980s.,I liked it but the problem it partially blocks the sun visor if you plan to use it making visor unusable.

Mine works straight down and with the inside clip hinge just pulled out and setting against it. So roughly 90%ish a working sun visor. The mirror not so much, unless I 45 degree the visor toward my head. I don't drive into the sun much. Side mirror default in the rare case. That was what I worried about before I bought it.
I love Wink mirrors. Def an acquired taste, but once you get used to them, nothing else will do
