It will take a special kind of idiot to drill out hard to drill stainless steel screws and change out a filter which the restriction gauge proves to be functioning well and not in need of replacement.

The tamper proof bits Princess Auto sells are the ones where the bits have a single hole in the middle. The "snake eyes" driver bits are harder to come by. Not impossible to get but just the presence of tamper proof screws is a clear statement by the owner of the truck - Do not touch the filter! Any sensible person working on the truck will get the message.
