OK, are you getting an IP address in Windows? What is the output of ipconfig?

Yes, eth0 gives me a "limited" connection.
Just tried setting it to NAT and IT WORKS!! I have Internet now!

A few quick questions that don't need their own thread.
It looks like there aren't any free antivirus programs for Win Server..?? That's fine if there aren't because I don't plan to take it online much.
It's not letting me activate Windows, I'm getting this when I try to enter the product key and then click next. I did check and make sure I have the correct key.. How do I get it activated?

You don't have two keys by chance do you? Sometimes the COA has both a VM and a regular install key.

Well what is strange is that there already was a key in there when I went to activate it.. I tried that one but it gave me a different error.
Only one key came with Win Server.. I got it through my school for free so all I got was the iso file and the one product key.
