Any recommendations for a water resistant, high speed #0 grease and where to find it? Working with some smaller bearings all the way up to bicycle bearings and looking to minimize drag.

You would get better water washout resistance with a #1 and improved (over an MPG) friction by using a lower base oil viscosity.

As I've said before, bearing speed is more than RPM. Bearing size must also be considered in determing if a bearing is really operating at high speed. Any idea what the ID (bore), OD, width, RPM and operating temperature is? ID (d), OD (D) and width (B) can be obtained if you know the bearing model number. With bearing parameters and RPM you can calulate the speed factor DN or NDm (better).

What thickener are you considering?

Superlube #0 will probably be your best / easiest to find in a small quantity.

Other wise Lubriplate Synextreme 0 HD would work well.

Cornhead grease is good and a neat green color. Depending on what you are doing, Land Rover Swivel Ball Grease is an NLGI 0 and available in pouches from a number of suppliers, I've used it for many other applications besides swivel balls.
