Nissan oil filter difference?

I have not seen the inside of the 65F0E, nor can I find one cut open posted using google. Looking at Amazon thoughm unlike the 65F0C with nitrile adbv it does appear to use a silicone adbv.
The 65F0C is pictured below. At the time of the pic in 2010 it was made in China. Thus the C suffix I'd assume. It's is the shorty 14612/6607 equivalent.
Many folks use the 14610/7317 version in Nissan/Infiniti as they generally fit with no issue. For that the newer Nissan filter with metal endcap construction and silicone adbv is made in Mexico as link shows.

The 65F0E is supposedly better constructed than its predecessor and is made in Mexico, versus China. I'm running one in my I35 right now. The case seems sturdy and has some weight to it. I bought 5 more from my dealer since they're running a sale.
