Went to the Burgermeister and had burgers made with Niman Ranch beef. Every once in a while I feel bold enough to risk mad cow. Well, I'm already mad, so who'd know?

We had one avocado cheeseburger and a mushroom and grilled onion burger. Pretty good beef, if I remember the taste of beef correctly (it's been years!):

When I buy bacon, I always get Niman Ranch bacon, which is made without nitrites and other nasties. A tiny amount will add a lot of flavor to many dishes.

Did that cost you a good $15/burger?

The cheeseburger was about $9, the mushroom burger around $8. Add two drinks, iced tea and a Pepsi, and a tip for a total of $27.
