What's your general & in-depth thoughts on these?

All close games....except Green Bay will blow out the skins. I can't imagine that Rogers can suck again. I know his O Line lately also sucks. But they didn't suck early in the season.

If they lose to the skins coach is history.

* Seattle at Minnesota *

I'll be watching this game, even though Vikings will lose, most likely. Marshawn Lynch is out of Sunday's game,so that'll help them.

Thought about going to the stadium and grabbing a ticket for CHEAP! I have Ice Armor gear for extreme cold, mad bomber hat & boots rated to -150F. You know, just for the experience! Love going ice fishing when it's -35F!

G: Kansas City at Houston
W:
Chiefs( I am a Texans and Chiefs fan but have to take the Chiefs in this one. Whichever team wins they are most likely one and done. I see neither as Super Bowl contenders. Just playoff fodder. I actually would rather see one of these teams make the SB and win than any other team in the playoffs. Just don't think either can do it. )

G: Pittsburgh at Cincinnati
W:
Steelers( Until the Bengals actually win a playoff game with Marvin Lewis as the HC - 0-5 record - I have to pick against them even though on paper they should be an easy pick here. )

G: Seattle at Minnesota
W:
Seahawks( Tough pick here. Vikings are good, it is at home, and they have a chance to avenge a loss at home to the Seahawks. However, the Vikings are very inexperienced and the Seahawks are coming on at the right time and know what it takes to win in the playoffs. I am going with a good team with playoff experience over a good team at home with none. )

G: Green Bay at Washington
W:
Redskins( Hard for me to believe I would take the Redskins at all let alone against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. This year though the boys in green are vulnerable. The Redskins are at home and they are playing really good as of late while the Packers are struggling mightily. Have to go with the hot hand at home over the experienced team that should be better and win easy that is not playing well. )

Is O'Brian going to take Hackenburg come draft time?

The Vikings tried hard to beat the Packers last Sunday so they could get to play seattle instead of a third game against packers this season. My prediction this weekend is:
Chiefs.
Steelers. (Bengals playoff drought will continue).
Seattle.
Redskins. (Packers haven't impressed me lately, I also think Rogers is a bit of a cry baby).

What I would like to see happen,

KC beat Houston - Cincinnati beat Pittsburgh - Minnesota beat Seattle - Green Bay beat Washington. If I had to bet on the games, I would say that KC, Pittsburgh, Seattle, and Washington will win.

Don't know enough about the teams' performance breakdowns but I do like the fact that EACH HOMETEAM IS THE UNDERDOG! !

I want to see "underdog stats" generated this weekend.

From my childish football mind dept.
1) Lots of people say they've "had enough of the Steelers" so they're hoping they'll lose. I don't care but Cinncy breaking their post season schneid would be nice for the local economy.

2) I believe Redskins fans are like NYYankee fans (namely overfed, wife beating, self important pigs) so I'm pulling for the other guys.

3) I somehow relate with the Minnesota Vikings so I'll cheer for them (even though I hate their color scheme). I have nothing against Seattle. May the better team win, I suppose.

4) Chiefs vs Texans? ? I've been to both Kansas City and Houston and the people were nice to me.
Which team deserves it more? MTBTW!

I'm really bad at picking football winners.

What I think:

Chiefs beat Texans

Steelers beat Bengals

Seahawks beat Vikings

GB beats Redskins

A wise punter would bet the opposite of this.

With Marshawn Lynch out we'll get to see how important he has been to their running game. Can they win without him? Is he that important to their game?

Seattle over Minnesota, seattle is on a hot streak! they are on a mission since super bowl last year was blown.
Pittsburgh over Cincinannti, I can't trust basically the bengals QB, mccarron only started a few games. some have said pittsburgh usually wins in cincinanti
Green Bay over washington, this one is a toss up, redskins are at home, but green bay has been playing bad. I wouldn't be surprised if redskins pull out the game at the end.
Kansas City over texans. texans offense is ok, but Kansas city is hot too with 10 game win streak and alex smith doesn't turn over the ball that much.
