Next New Oil You Will Try ?

Moving from group 3 5w30 acea a5b5 syn blend to conventional ck4 (Castrol crb turbomax +) on my Endeavour (like a ranger but suv body, 3.2 liter five cylinder diesel)

Good choice - are you running the Quaker State Euro LX 5W30 in the Sportage 2.4L ?
LX comes in 0w30 only, running it in 2.4L, engine loves it more that PUP.
Exact same oil -> Pennzoil Platinum Euro LX=Quaker State Euro LX=MotoMaster OEPLUS European Premium 0w-30=Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 0w-30.

5w-40 Quaker State Synthetic (I was at Walmart and it seemed like a good price)
10w-30 Rotella T5 (to try in my ‘77 F250 460)
Oil I inherited recently:
Partial gallon Chevron 15w40 HDEO
1 qt Kendall Conventional 10w30
1 qt Trop-artic Conventional 10w-40 SG
6 qts Valvoline Conventional 10w30
Misc. partial qts. of Valvoline, Pennzoil SAE 30
6 qts. Mobil 1 5w20 (will use in my 2013 Ram HEMI)
6 qts. Mobil 1 0w40 (will use in wife’s 2003 Corolla)
Multiple qts. Blain’s Farm & Fleet ATF (Dex3)
Partial 5-gal. bucket Mystik JT-8 15w50 (1990’s)
Partial 5-gal. bucket Mystik JT-8 SAE 40 (1990’s)
Bonus: 4 oil filters that replace Ford FL1-A- 1 Purolator One and 3 Fram orange cans from 1992

Normally I use Mobil 1 5w30 in my modern vehicles, except the 2013 Ram that has always gotten Pennzoil Platinum (for now). OPE gets 5w40 synthetic diesel oil, pre-‘80 cars get 15w40 or 10w30/40 Frankenblended with some M1.

Purchased Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 for a 2019 Kia Sorento. I also have HPL 5W30 which I plan to use eventually in the car after slow cleaning (I ran 1qt EC30, and planning to run the ESP for further slow cleaning before using the HPL). I'd been running both M1 and Valvoline Extended Protection 5w30 since coming off the dealership's "synthetic blend" after I learned more browsing this forum.

No plans at the moment to switch from M1 Triple. When the time comes: I currently like Mobil 1 Supercar 0w40, HPL Euro series, Amsoil Euro 5w30 and Mobil 1 ESP line. I'm liking the Euro oils more and more, but have no issues with non Euro synthetic either. I never paid much mind to the Euro oils bc I never had a Euro car.

For the girlfriends 18’ Corolla it will be HPL HDEO 5w20 when I hear back from HPL on availability of this oil.

In my 11’ Focus: it may be Esge 5w20 or Pennzoil Platinum High Mileage 5w20 or 30 but the recent VOA Of PP I see kinda nixed that plan. I’ll probably give it to co worker for his 98’ Mountaineer

Gonna give up on the Wesson brand name vegetable oil and try the Meijer store brand to save a buck. Don’t see why the fries wouldn’t be just as good🤷‍♂️

Quaker State Ultimate Protection 0W20 with a M1-110 oil filter for my 22’ Frontier. Nissan did the first 2 oil changes for free. Girlfriend’s 08 Trailblazer 4.2 got Valvoline 10w40 HM and a Fram Extra guard, it has over 200k but no AC…😔 in Florida.

Just bite the bullet and order a couple 5-gallon pails of HPL No VII 10w20 and feed them the same diet 😉

Cars in PA lived on 10w40 for decades before CAFE came along…

2019 Ram Hemi. Will be my fall oil change. Wisconsin winter. Help me decide. Cant find the hths value for a few of these so if you have em….

Pennzoil Platinum Euro XL 0w30
Mobil 1 esp 0w30 (hesitant)
Mobil 1 esp 0w20
Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w30

Currently has Mobil 1 FS 0w40. Looking for something that will flow the best on my negative temp mornings and also have highest hths
