New tires with strange DOT code?

Just bought "Provider Entrada AT by Taskmaster" tires, and trying to determine their manufactured date.

I have never seen a DOT code like this. There are no four numbers together like you would normally see to determine the week and year they were made:

"DOT 1YC FAPPCR"

They were manufactured in Thailand. Bought them from Discount Tire. Any ideas?

Thanks for that thought. Had them mount white lettering in, so crawling under there and checking got me the extra numbers I wanted: 1319, so March 2019.

What size did you get and what did they go on? I've always been curious about these as the look similar to the Michelins but are half the price.

265/70 R16 on the latest generation Frontier. So far they seem better than the OE BFG Radial Long Trials ever were.

Seems the newest issue of tire DOT codes have three characters to identify the plant now:
