Picked up a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T3W's. OE size, P265/70R16.

Went through Discount Tire Direct. With all the promotions and rebates it will be $365. A great deal in my opinion.

What do I think? I'm surprised how quiet they are for an A/T tire. Winter will be the real test, these do have the snowflake rating though. Hope they wear well.

Thats a pretty good deal. I have been buying most of our tires from them. It looks like they changed the tread pattern on them since I was tire shopping, you should report their performance after 30k miles.

On my Navara (Aussie Frontier), the Bridgestone Deuler H/Ts that they cam with (rubbish) are $365 PER CORNER.

I've got Maxxis 700s on at present, $210 per.

Hopefully they are better designed than the old Wildpeak tire, which turned into utter garbage at less than 50% tread.

Yeah that's what I can't stand about Falkens. They're completely toast once they start to wear. They can have loads of tread left but still be like dragster slicks. And I don't mean that in a good way.

I have no experience with truck tire, but Falken high performance FK452 for car was very good all the way down to slick(less than 1/32") on dry surface.

Thanks for the compliments. This tire was released a couple months ago. Supposedly its been completely redesigned and engineered. Hopefully i get the 55k they are warrantied to plus some.

Didn't notice the Post date (deleted original post)

I am looking at these tires. I was gonna get cheap tires due to selling my truck next year, but I think I'm gonna keep it.

Kinda hoping you get snow to test in before I buy.
