I was only able to find it on Walmart’s site - nothing on STP’s site. It makes the usual claims:

• Safe for Gasoline and Diesel Engines
• Premium low viscosity formula
• Helps to clean and prevents deposit & sludge

Wait a minute hold on. Is walmart using AI garbage too? This is shipped and sold directly by walmart but the thing looks like fake AI trash. I can't make out what the small text says on the products. It's just garbled nonsense. I except this from some chinese scam but walmart? they should be ashamed for having such a low standard of quality. They need to fire the idiots using AI on their own product listings.

Lots of companies do exclusives for Walmart - them being the largest retailer. If its shipped and sold by walmart it most likely exists, although the only difference is likely the bottle color.
