Unless I find a super bargain (like $1/qt Kendall syn-blend) I get 5-7k per OCI (adding 1/2-1 qt per 4-5k miles) from whatever synthetic 5w30 is on sale and had done so for 275k miles in 2 Nissan Altimas, and the last 35k in the Kitacam.
