My black cat was My about 5 months old when he got fixed. He was a ferrel. He is not lazy or an over eater. he does not spray or try to find a girl friend all night long.

We have a 6-year-old cat that was deballed when he was a kitten. Great cat! Still wants to play and will run around the house like he did when he was young. Very well behaved otherwise.

My cat is 6-1/2 years old now. Got him fixed when he was 5-6 months old, no spraying. Good cat as well, lazy though...

Definitely get him fixed! If you don't, the consequences will mostly be suffered by you, since he won't care about the [censored] smell in your house or litters of feral kittens being born in your neighborhood.

Both of mine are, their pee smells bad enough in the litter box as it is..i dont want it ecerywhere else...
Always neuter cats, it's iresponsable not to. My latest cat turned up as a stray when he was about a year old, it took him a while to calm down, use up all his Tom hormones, but turned into the best cat I've ever had. He used to trot beside me walking in the yard...then leap up and tear me to shreds. He was trotting besides me last week, something he hasn't done for years...and I stopped just before he launched at me. So the wild side is always there, just waiting.
In your area it's the repsonsible thing to do. If your escapes and gets a stray pregnant the cats don't get killed off as easily due to easy outdoor life.
