Discount Tire was running a special last month ($50 instant rebate and $30 MIR) so I picked up a set of 12x7 (5+2 offset) for my Kawasaki Brute Force 750i. I nabbed a set of ITP BajaCross XDs in 26x11x12 (rear) and 26x9x12 (front).
They should look nice on the BF! According to the reviews should last a long time and they steer/grip great too--I mostly trail ride with some mud and rock along the way. These are 8 ply radials--huge upgrade from the stock tires:
