I just did mine the old school way, but this guy claims success with this method. Definitely easier than the usual sandpaper-compound-polish-sealer method. I wonder if it is truly just as long lasting. But if it is, then could be a great quick hack for many.
P.S. I did try Mother's Metal & Aluminum polish by itself on headlights. It worked great, but only for 2 months, and then the headlights were going back to yellow haze all over. Hopefully the "ceramic embedding" method (as he calls it) actually does help with longevity of the result.
