But O'Reilly chose the worse end of the range for some reason - they didn't use "99.9%" at 25u, but instead 99% at 25u.. Why not use 99% @ 20u if they could as PGI said "99.5% @20u". That's what doesn't make sense. All I could surmise is O'Reilly's wanted to "play it safe" with the claims.It’s strange. My theory is they just chose the 99.9% efficiency.
