I'm not a fan at all. I can't see well out of any of the newer cars with high beltlines. Dont like the high handover heights of the new pickups in rear either.
As far as styling goes it's mixed reactions. I've never cared too much about styling, I just like it to be aerodynamic and efficient, and we hit 0.30 coefficients of drag prety commonly since the 90's with either no improvements or sometimes slightly worse for everything since then.
Someone (maybe on another board) was making fun of me for asking questions about how to make a car last 40 years and half a million miles preventing corrosion and such. It's because I haven't seen much of anything that i'd rather drive more than the vehicles of the late 90's I already want to fill my garage with. I'm not convinced theyre light years better in any way, cars are just a fully mature technology with little else to add by now.
