Neti Pot

Have two and they are great.

Wife bought a standard pot that looks like a teapot a while back. Works great for preventing sinusitis or bad sinus issues when allergies or a cold acts up.

I was traveling once and got sick - bad sinus clogging. I got the other neti pot version, the one that you squeeze up a nostril. I kind of like that one better because it is more compact and gives a bit easier rinse.

Highly recommend this for any time that sinus-related illness is popping up...

Good question. The tap water, canning salt and baking soda mix was recommended by my E.N.T., so I'd guess that there's some sort of benefit to it??
