11'8 is hilarious. Didn't that city put automated lights and warning now if your vehicle is too tall, and people ignore it anyways?

I'm going to catch trouble for saying this.... since they hit the pipe then backed up, jacknifed and hit the tailight on the truck I'm going to say the driver was not a He.
