Need some help determining polish courseness

I had some imperfections on my motorcycle paint so I used some Meguiar's Scratch-X (by hand) to get rid of them. It did, but now tiny micro scratches are left in those areas from the Scratch-X. When the sun is on them, they really stick out. What product would be a step down in terms of abrasiveness that would work to return these scratched areas back to a crystal clear gloss? Since the Scratch-X is supposedly an ultra-fine abrasive, I would think the next product to use would almost have to be something as mild a cleaner wax...unless there's another polish that has even a finer abrasive than the Scratch-X that I don't know about...

I would go for a polish and see how that does. Polish is likely finer than a scratch remover. Than if it looks better top with a wax.

Scratch-X is a polish...I guess what I need would be considered a finishing polish...

Duragloss Swirl Mark Remover or DG #671. Plus it contains a nice durable sealant for protection. Here it is in action by a top notch detailer:

It's lind of like #101(which I remember you like) but on steroids for removing mircoscratches. Around $10. Works well by hand also which is how I used it.

Meguiar's M205 is one of the best finishing polishes. It also does an excellent job as a first line polish if the damage isn't too bad. Meguiars new unigrit technology is amazing.

Their strongest M105 polish leaves a finish I would say is finer than Scratch-X yet can remove even 1000 grit sandpaper matte finish. Truly as close to magic in a bottle as is possible.

Although my absolute favorite for convenience is Meguiars D151. It's a true all in one with amazing correction ability. Topped with a wax like NXT 2.0 and you have real show car shine with only two steps.
