Finally, someone on a budget like me! For your Turbo VW I would go with maybe Havoline Synthetic, Sinclair Synthetic both are under $3.75 a quart. For the Ford there are plenty of good conventional oils out there. Again, Havoline conventional is inexpensive along with Sinclair conventional oil. Both can be found for around $1.50 - $1.75 a quart. Sinclair can be found at Oil Wholesalers - Most sell to general public. I forgot to add Citgo both in Synthetic and Conventional oils, which is widely found for around the same price range as the above.
