need help with john deere oil filter

The john deere is a 172 model with a 14hp kawaski(sp) motor can someone tell me what wix part number will fit this motor for the oil filter?

Thats a Toyota sized filter. Lots of options out there.

Whats the JD filter cost vs the Wix?

you could also run a wix 51515 or simlar ford filter. they are slightly larger though.

The JD filter cost about 8.50 I can get the wix for 5.49 much better on the wallet. I could get a purolator for 3.49 but I have nightmares about cardboard end caps so I better stick with the wix.
