It's a low mileage car. You can treat it like a new car that's already completed break-in. You can use 0w or5w or 10w and for 5k oci I agree with

Well, from what Dr. Haas wrote it would seem that the 0w30 would be the better choice but I know that certain oils seem thinner than others and I know the Ultra is new to the market and I wondered how it compared to the Mobil 1 0w30.

The difference between a 0w30 and 5w30 oil is so slight no one is going to notice.

Personally I'd go with the 5w30 oil. If Mobil 1 is cheaper than Ultra 5w30 and your OCI is not going to take advantage of the difference of price, run the Mobil 1.

Make sure whatever you buy, get the most VALUE out of it.

Ultra is a excellent oil and is all other API SL/SM oils.
