Need a battery for my 2006 Cub Cadet

Well,it`s finally that time. I need a new battery for my 2006 LT-1046.I went to sweep leaves with it last night,and all I got was the dreaded tried to start,but not enough juice. But I noticed the positive terminal is on the RH side. Where can I get this battery? (besides the dealer) I was @ Tractor Supply this morning,and all they had were the batteries with the pos. on the LH side.

I've had the best luck with autozones mower batteries.

Autozone has good batteries, walmart does as well, and tractor supply. One important thing is get the biggest one you can.. I'm not sure on the cranking amps, but you can get a step up to a much better battery for $10 or so. I could get the cranking amps if you wish on the one to get, but you will see them when you purchase, it's the "heavy duty" lawn mower battery.

Napa sells both terminal versions of the common U1 lawn & garder battery. They are made by Deka.

Yep,Mine is the U1R. Probably stands for reverse terminal.
