Lately, I've begun paying closer attention to the cabin air filter selection at NAPA and have noticed that their ProSelect Cabin Air Filters average $7, while their gold line is often $15 or more.

Can anyone speak on the differences between the ProSelect and the Gold? This is a huge price difference, and I am curious as to whether the quality differences are significant.

Thanks.

I believe the Gold has a hepa type coating on the filter and it also helps to destroy mold and odor.
