Napa Gold or OEM air filter?

I'm just about ready to change out the air filter in my Silverado and was wondering which would be better in terms of filtration and flow. I'm also going to switch my Camaro from a K&N to see if the used oil analysis shows less dirt. So which would be better for the Camaro also? Thanks!

My Mazda Miata had a Japanesse filter from the factory. The Napa Gold was equal or better than that EOM filter. The dealers OEM filter had fewer pleats and did not have the same quality.
I believe the Napa Gold is the best for this application I have found and I have looked at many filters. I would buy a Napa Gold and go to a dealer and compare to OEM. This will give you the true answer. I am sure most NAPA dealers will take it back unused if you are not happy with it.
