NAPA and CRQUEST oil

i was wondering if anyone knows or has anything in writing who produces the oil that you can buy in the napa and carquest containers. i am think about running one of there syn oils because napa is where i do most of my shopping. i was just wondering how they compared to the name brands.

From what I have read they are both Ashland oil (Valvoline). They should do well.

Don't remember about Car Quest, but NAPA is made by Ashland and is very similar to Valvoline but with a slightly weaker additive package.

Check the NAPA ad, they has a nice sale going on with 5 qts NAPA Synthetic and a NAPA Gold filter for $15 after rebate

I've running napa right now...

Napa and Carquest are both Valvoline/Ashland. Both say so on the back of the bottle i believe.
