Looking into trying this filter on some of our CAT 3406's but upon research i see it's a 5 mic filter must be a bypass filter?

seems pretty tight but NAPA's cross list it for direct replacement for this engine, anyone see a problem with this, our trucks have no bypass set ups stock filter configurations. It flows good tho 28-30 GPM

was looking at this one or the FG LF3566 StrataPore

According to Napa's website that's a full flow filter, so it could be a direct replacement for what you need.

What great filtration & flow spec's huh? I'd sure as [censored] want to give them a shot.

+1 i would use it... but then again stratapores are great too.

for me I would go with which one was easier to get and lower price tag.

That's what i was thinking outstanding filtration with good flow, think i'll try some.

the NAPA is cheaper vs. the FG for us.

The FG flows little more 80 gpm but filtration is not as good,28-30 gpm should be plenty.
