I am in the process of starting a coffee roasting company in Los Angeles. I will be selling the best coffee in LA (no joke). I will be marketing to existing cafes and restaurants, so I need something somewhat respectable. The idea my wife had was "The Mean Bean", which I like, but when dealing with high-end restaurants might not be so good. I can't see Wolfgang puck printing on his menus "proudly serving The Mean Beans coffee".

But I am a 30yo guy, with a young family, and want something hip and catchy at the same time.

Whoever comes up with the name that I pick will recieve 5 lbs of whatever coffee they choose from my inventory, whenever they choose.

I want something catchier than The LA Coffee Roasting Co, or Pacific Coffee.

Others I kind of like are Left Coast Roasting Co, and Cool Beans, though I'm not sure how appropriate they are.
