I have read stories on here about Walmart customers needing help but today was a first for me. My girls were girl shopping and i was killing time checking out the oil aisle. A gentleman some years older began looking for a filter. After a few minutes he walked off and came back a short time later with the "assistant store manager". This is where the fun began.I was close enough to overhear the conversation and listen to the "assistant manager" give him the part number PH2. I knew instantly it was wrong as the man was looking for an air filter. After watching the "assistant manager" look for a PH2 in the air filters and explain to the gentleman they were out and should have some in a couple days. I excused myself and asked the man once again for his vehicle make model and year. The "assistant manager was looking at the wrong vehicle to begin with along with the wrong part number. I proceed to walk over pick up the proper filter and hand it to the gentleman, you would thought i had handed him a check to pay off his truck. I am not the brightest crayon in the box i will be the first to admit that but with so many people out if work and they have morons like this working it's discouraging at best. Rant over. Also helped another man get the proper oil filter for his car along with a jug of Pennzoil Conventional 5w30. Think i will apply. NOT!!
