Definitely possible if your car lost a wheel weight.
Or if the tires need to be road force balanced.

If you want to figure it out without going back to Costco, rotate the front tires to the back, and the backs to the front.
It the vibration moves from the steering wheel to the "seat of your pants", then there is something up with one of the two tires/wheels that is now on the back of the car.
Strange thing is, I have the same problem as the OP, except I've rotated the tires and had the wheels rebalanced many times and I have never been able to resolve the problem. I keep getting a light vibration above 65.
