my oil test result

Below is what I got. I think this is good especially my engine had huge oil leak problem (oil warning light came on).

What do you think?

Only numbers that are way above the average are Molybdenum and Boron. Why is it so? the test oil is 5w30 blend.

history: I switched to Full Synthetic at 60K, after that, I had my shop retorque my headbolt of 2000 Saab 9-3 base model right before my road trip. They didn't put the headgasket back on right, so oil leaked out, and since I was on the road, I couldn't get it fixed for 2 weeks. During that time, oil light came on. I had to add dyno oil since shop in Silverton, CO didn't carry full or blend synthetic oil... Came back to Seattle, had the shop redo the headgasket job and change the oil. But this time, they used blend oil instead of full. (I didn't know this. I was expecting that they used the same oil at 60K, which was Full Synthetic.) I put on 3K on this blend and that oil was below tested oil. By the way, I have Full Synthetic now.

COMMENTS: universal averages show typical wear metals for an oil from this type of engine after about 5,175 miles run on the oil. Your oil was in use 3,090 miles, and we found all wear reading around average levels, with no obvious or unusual metal shavings in the oil. Silicon, left over from the head gasket repair, was mildly high, but will improve next time. 0.5% of the oil sample was fuel which lowered the viscosity but that could be from idling or city driving. It's not hurting anything. Oil filtration appeared normal. The oil had no moisture or anti-freeze in it. Check back.
