My oil leaks are completely fixed.

Rope seal? I once had a GM 2.8V6 with a leaking main rope seal, and a can of GM branded sealer in the oil actually worked, for the 4 years I had it. I was at a smaller garage and the fellow recommended try it before replacing.

I also had a transmission seal leaking where a CV shaft goes into it, and a bad CV joint. So I got that seal replaced and a new CV shaft. So that leak is also fixed. I also had transmission oil and filter replaced and a new trans pan with drainplug installed.

My only complaints with my car was oil leaks. Now it's all good.

As the wise old proverb states, "If it leaks oil, it has oil".

I has similar results with Castrol GTX HM synthblend resolving a RMS leak on my 98.
