Behold, the new ride.

09 Lx570
5.7
117k miles
will not say the price

AHC works quickly
new BFGs icon wheels, wish they were stock and stock size...one day

looked at at least 10, and this was the best of the lot. No rust.

This is the first Yota I have had, and after some examination, I can see why these last so long.

This 5.7 is non direct injection I think, which is good.

Fluids were recently changed, but i think I might do it again just because.

Thinking about 5w30 in lieu of 5w20, maybe Valvoline restore and protect maybe good old Mobil 1.
Might just might try me some HPL., it is my wife chauffer vehicle, as she cannot drive.

HPL PCEO 5w-40!

beautiful truck. best looking SUVS of their time imo.
Really, 5w40? Im goingh to need some seconds on that one. But why not?
Those are nice. Just seen one come in for service today at my dealership same color too.
Yeah, I went and got some numbers from the local dealership. Needless to say, I'll be doing much of my wish list myself. Toyota gear oil must be some pretty good stuff huh?
Nice. Looks like it’s got a bit of lift? Not surprising with the wheels and roof rack. Ready for overlanding!👍🏻
No lift. That is the AHC. It lifts about 6'' with the flip of a switch. Evidently most delete this, because they dont service the system and is is very expensive to fix. This one works really good. Up to 25 mph you can ride on "hi" mode, after that it defaults to "neutral" mode.

If you won't be taking it on 4wd trails, going back to stock P-rated tires would improve the on-road ride. You might find someone on a website dedicated to those, that would be willing to trade for your aftermarket wheels and tires.

Removing that 'Overlanding' roof rack , and going back to stock would also likely result in a bit quieter ride, and marginally better MPG.

Congrats on a nice ride.

yeah, i joined a forum on marketplace, and have offered and asked to trade wheels and tires and rack.....good idea.

i do like the bfg, and that is what would go back on if i had a choice.....just finging the right person with the right stuff.
