I heard a lot of rumors of products like MMO ruining cats and O2 sensors but I've yet to run into a problem like that. I have well over 210K miles on the original CC and 02 sensor in my 93 Aerostar. That vehicle used MMO in the gas since about 50K miles. I recently stopped using it, since it will be seeing the junk yard shortly if things work out.
My 88 E-150 used it all its life, either via an Inverse oiler or in the gas, many times both ways. Still the original CC in that vehicle too. My 85 E-150 had MMO dosing via an Inverse Oiler for well over 150K miles, original CC and 02 Sensor. Honestly I wouldn't worry much about a 400:1 mix of MMO in the gas, or even a slightly higher dose. I've been using it in my 08 Liberty too, since 300 miles, it runs like a champ.
My wifes Lexus doesn't like MMO in the gas tank. It always throws a CEL anytime I have properly dosed the gas(8oz/20gal). I won't use it anymore in her car.
