I did ribs yesterday but those look way better than mine.

My recipe:
250 in the oven for an hour
Cover after that at 300 for an hour
Grill for the char with sauce on-board


The rub was confectioners sugar mixed with Lowry's Seasoned Salt and chili powder. Usually I use cheap yellow mustard for the tenderizer but I was lazy.
 
I smoked my first ribs today, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Here is a picture after 3 hours with just a rub, I finished them off with a sweet 'n tangy sauce.

Yep, that's the exact amount I did - a total of 2 racks cut in half.
 
Drooling like Crazy seeing these AWFUL(it's awful because I can only look and drooling) ribs.

Nothing is better than a good smoked rib in a nice summer evening with a cold beer.

marinated overnight in Weber Grill Sensation's Mesquite marinade. Grilled indirect @ 225* for 2.5hrs. Basted with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle sauce twice every 5 mins for last 20. Delicious!
 
Of the three ribs from tpitcher, Rob_Roy and dwcopple I like the tpitcher's rib best. I'm not saying the other two are not good because they are good too, but tpitcher's rib looks so delicious.

Took lots of (noted) experiments to get 'em. They taste way better than they look. Deep smoke ring. If you were closer, I'd have you over for 'em.
 
I don't like to take side but I can't lie either, I just like the look of tpitcher's rib a little better.

Rob_Roy and dwcopple, your ribs looked much better than the best rib I could make, I'm sure your ribs tasted terrific too. If I offended you for picking tpitcher's rib as the winner, I apologize.
